1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms govern your use of the Intercity Soccer League website and services (the "Service"), operated by Intercity Soccer League ("we", "us"). By using the Service or registering a team, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be of legal age (or have authority to bind the organization you represent) to register a team. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you may not: use the Service for unlawful purposes; commit fraud, send spam, or infringe intellectual property; interfere with the Service's security (including malware, probing, or scraping); or resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
4. Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its underlying software, content, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
5. Service level
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.
6. Payments, billing & refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our refund window and request process.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; payment obligations already incurred remain due.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in King County, Washington.
