REFUND POLICY

Intercity Soccer League offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on tournament registration fees. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Our payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email used at checkout, or
2. Email us at hello@intercityleague.org with your order details and we will help process the refund through Paddle.

Once a refund is approved, your team's registration is automatically reverted to unpaid and pending. To take part in the tournament you will need to re-register and re-pay. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
